- Tube Manufacturer: We use stainless steel to produce injection needles. Stainless steel rolling and welding into tube are done in-house, under experts guidance.
- Stainless Steel Tube Fabrication: Annealing, drawing, straightening, cutting and inspection takes place at the time of fabrication.
- Tube Inspection: Tubes are inspected on the factor of contamination, scratching and more. Samples of tubes are inspected for their flexural strength, inside diameter, appearance, elasticity and fracture resistance.
- Fabrication of Needles Injection: New medical techniques are employed for fabrication of needles.
- Assembly: Inspection of samples on the basis of their appearance, adhesive strength and puncture resistance takes place.
- Packaging and sterilization: We use strong sheets for packaging needles. In a sheet, we pack 10 needles, and in a box 10 sheets containing needles are packed. All the products are sterilized in-house.
